Charissa Jones, the Managing Broker has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and several Real Estate designations. Charissa and her team, have excelled over the last two years, closing more than $150 million in residential real estate. She demonstrates leadership and a gift for coaching and mentoring which resulted in the organization growing from 8 to 60 agents in less than a year.
Ernest Jones, the Operations Manager is a retired US Army Signal Officer with over 25 years of distinguished service. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and several IT certifications. Throughout his career he has served in a variety of Command and Technical Leadership positions. Ernest is a proven leader who knows how to get individuals and organizations to perform consistently to successfully meet objectives.
